5/2/2023 0 Comments Steam you need a budget![]() ![]() Now it is time to look for new challenges. What remains for the users, clients and citizens of the autonomous city of Melilla is the first step of a promising air transport future. Making every day something outstanding with the professional path we chose we serve others. Some are consistent each month, while others can vary quite a bit month to month. The other 'flexible spending' are things like groceries, entertainment, pets, gas, etc. Aside from being extremely affordable, it uses a well-designed articulating steam wand that will allow you to froth milk from whichever angle you need. That said, I want to specially thank all my mates from the Operations Management Division of Aena and former and present Melilla Airport staff for this amazing job. My categories are broadly divided into 'monthly static bills' and 'flexible spending.' Static bills are mortgage, utilities, subscriptions, etc. If budget is a big concern for you, this Rancilio model is the solution. Indeed, you never know when you can be asked about. Be able to imagine alternative solutions, methods and approaches to make people reach agreements, slicing problems from those with unforeseen difficulties to understandable and manageable ones.Īnd just to finish, do always have an eye on the status of every part of your project. Be always ready to continue even in the worst situation.ģ) Be an enabler: it doesn’t matter if the chance happens among internal or external partners, junior or senior professionals, civilian or military authorities, private or public stakeholders, clients or providers… Communication is paramount. ![]() ![]() But in our daily job we estimate the impact of hazards combining severity and probability, forecasting scenarios and planning measures to mitigate them. This experience leads me to highlight some lessons learned from this difficult project.ġ) Team, team & team: professionalism, passion and diligence on your individual duty are essential, but what makes the difference is identifying the unknowns, enabling cross-disciplinary thinking and sharing knowledge with team members.Ģ) Adaptation to unexpected circumstances: pandemics, diplomatic crisis, new regulations or organizational changes in the managing level could have caused the project to fail. It’s been a long trip to reach where we are today. The so called ‘RE-certification’, from ICAO aerodrome code 2C to 3C, was definitely challenging from the kick-off meeting: our goal was to adapt all the airport infrastructure to a higher level of standards, but in 2019 we couldn’t imagine what was to come: actions and works on the field, major changes in procedures, aligning all kind of managerial levels and stakeholders, testing self-resilience and also discovering highly qualified workmates or hidden talen to unlock. For those unfamiliar with airport rules, let’s say it has been a particularly complex project to manage in the middle of extraordinarily uncertain times. With the new certification of Melilla Airport, the Spanish airport in continental Africa, we successfully conclude four years of hard work in the OPS Division of Aena. From now on Melilla Airport can enjoy its well-deserved new 3-C Airport Certificate which would allow new operations with larger commercial aircrafts or helicopter night flights. ![]()
